Working closely with the client & design team, Dangerfield Construction can take a project from its conceptual stage all the way through to handover, ensuring the works are completed to a very high standard, on time and within the agreed budget.
Construction Management is a unique way of delivering a project and our years of experience in the industry offers our clients a quicker & cost-effective alternative to using a Main Contractor for their building project.
What we do:
Dangerfield Construction can take a project from its conceptual stage all the way through to completion. As Project Manager we provide the vital link between the client and the Main Contractor by ensuring lines of communication are maintained, key targets are achieved and project objectives are maintained.
Regular site visits by members of our management team ensures that all on-site activities are closely monitored and any potential issues are quickly identified & addressed before they become problematical.
Because each project is different the roles that we are required to perform by our clients as Project Manager may vary quite considerably, so our services are tailor-made to suit a client’s needs:
Drones are now an ever-present feature in our lives, offering a wide range of uses over a multitude of business sectors.
With our CAA approved pilots we are able to offer the following services to you:
Building surveys & inspections
A building or roof can be safely surveyed from the ground in a matter of minutes, negating the requirement for costly scaffolding or access equipment and more importantly from a safety perspective, avoiding the need for people working at height.
High resolution imagery enables surveyors & other specialists to assess the condition of a roof or building from the comfort of their office, enabling a much quicker, safer & more cost-effective method of producing a report.
Site progress reports
A drone can produce crystal clear aerial imagery via HD stills & video, providing clients & other interested parties a fast & accurate visual of the status of their development. Aerial imagery can also be used to record material stockpiles during the construction process.
Topographical (contour) surveys
This type of land survey is increasingly being conducted by drones as a quicker and more cost-effective method of gathering photographic data.
Drones can be deployed to follow an automated flight pattern, taking still imagery in a pre-programmed manner. The gathered data is uploaded into specialist software & processed to create topographical reconstructions of large areas of land, showing detailed levels & features within that area.
The proficiency of drone technology means that more data can be collected in far less time than a surveyor would gather in the field, saving on time & cost.
